I was interested in Mr. Nightingale's comments, because not only is it interesting, but it's also a huge piece of legislation involving a great deal of consultation with a great many people: aboriginals; local governments; territorial governments; land owners; even, and of course obviously, the scientists who truly can advise us about where to focus our concern.
