13. Calls on the Council, in order to monitor the cease-fire regime based on the agreement reached between the parties and to monitor the security situation in and around the conflict regions as well as in the rest of Georgia, to launch a fully-fledged ESDP monitoring mission in Georgia, including the conflict regions, as soon as possible and, in order to pave the way for the ESDP monitoring operation, strengthen the EU presence on the ground within the office of the EU Special Representative (EUSR), including the Border Support Team, by an immediate, but short-term, deployment of relevant EU experts to Georgia;
13. invite le Conseil, pour surveiller le régime de cessez-le-feu fondé sur l'accord auquel sont parvenues les parties, et la situation qui règne, en matière de sécurité, à l'intérieur et autour des zones de conflit, ainsi que dans le reste de la Géorgie, à envoyer dès que possible une véritable mission de surveillance PESD en Géorgie, y compris dans les zones de conflit, et, pour préparer le terrain de l'opération de surveillance PESD, à renforcer la présence de l'Union européenne sur place, au sein du cabinet du représentant spécial de l'Union européenne (RSUE), et notamment son équipe d'appui pour le contrôle aux frontières, en envoyant immédiatement, mais à court terme, les experts de l'Union européenne compétents en la matière en Géorgie;

These Agreements deal, respectively, with the strengthening of civil power and the role of the army in a democratic society, the cease-fire, constitutional reforms and the electoral regime and the rehabilitation of the URNG (Unidad Revolucionaria Nacional Guatemalteca) and its return to legality.
Ces Accords font référence, respectivement, au renforcement du pouvoir civil et au rôle de l'armée dans une société démocratique, au cessez-le-feu, aux réformes constitutionnelles et au régime électoral, ainsi qu'à la ré-insertion de l'URNG (Unidad Revolucionaria Nacional Guatemalteca) et à son incorporation à la légalité.
