This is a shocking fact that was revealed to me when I received and read a copy of the letter that was sent to the Minister of Canadian Heritage, the Honourable Liza Frulla, from Dr. George Elliot Clarke, E.J. Pratt Professor of Canadian Literature and a former member of the board of the Canadian Council of the Arts from 2003.

Ce fait scandaleux m'a été révélé lorsque j'ai reçu et lu copie d'une lettre qui a été envoyée à la ministre du Patrimoine canadien, l'honorable Liza Frulla, par George Elliot Clarke, professeur titulaire de la chaire de littérature canadienne E.J. Pratt et membre du conseil d'administration du Conseil des Arts du Canada en 2003.
