On heading 5 (administrative expenditure), the Council accepted the European Parliament's amendments for the Court of Auditors, the ESC, the Committee of the Regions and the European Ombudsman, and maintained the draft budget established by the Council in July for Part A for the Commission, including Letter of Amendment No 1 and for the Court of Justice with the exception of one amendment.
