Taylor: Honourable senators, I wish to inform the Senate that pursuant to the order of reference adopted by the Senate on November 18, 1997, and as amended on November 24, 1998, the tenth report of the Standing Senate Committee on Agriculture and Forestry, entitled " Competing Realities: The Boreal Forest At Risk" was deposited with the Clerk of the Senate on June 28, 1999.
