The work of the Task Force will contribute to the further evolution of the European Union in the context of the Commission's Roadmap for developing a more united, stronger and more democratic Union ahead of the European Parliament elections and the EU27 Leaders' meeting in Sibiu (Romania) on 9 May 2019.

There were problems with democracy and human rights and other problems like that. Yet the west decided to pull those states—whether it was Romania or other states—into its sphere of influence and then de facto force on them those democratic values and other standards that NATO and the European Union bring with them.
