The Commission shall, where necessary, adopt, by means of implementing acts, methods of analysis for determining the composition of aromatised wine products.

Furthermore, the legislator should grant the Commission the power to adopt implementing acts (Article 291(2) TFEU), especially with regard to the uniform application of the rules on aromatised wine products relating to geographical indications, administrative and physical checks and the exchange of information.
