As I said to Senator Andreychuk a few moments ago, it seems ironic that throughout part XX. 1 of the Criminal Code, a great deal of weight is given to the fact that the tribunal, the review board, is made up not only of a chairperson who is qualified to be a Supreme Court justice, not only psychiatrists, but also, potentially, psychologists or other medical practitioners or lay people, but you always have an element on the board with knowledge of and insight into psychiatric matters.
