Early implementation could be proposed for the trade concessions agreed in the ongoing Deep and Comprehensive Free Trade Area (DCFTA) negotiations or for the rules of origin building on the ongoing negotiations on a Regional Convention on pan-Euro-Mediterranean preferential rules of origin (PEM Convention) in order to assist Tunisia in the short to medium term.
