During the transitional period currently in force with regard to access to the EU labour market by citizens of the new Member States, does the Council anticipate 'opening the doors' to the Union's labour market in the next few months by setting quotas for those employed in certain professions (such as doctors, nurses and IT specialists, etc.) to reconcile the interests of employers in the '15' states where there is a shortage of these in countries of the 'old Union' and employees from the '10' states.
