The European Commission has adopted a decision refusing to authorise restructuring aid amounting to Euro 3.6 million (DEM 7.03 million) granted by the BvS and the Land of Saxony to Spindelfabrik Hartha GmbH, a specialist manufacturer of cotton-picking spindles and components for spinning frames.
La Commission européenne a pris une décision négative à l'encontre des aides à la restructuration d'une valeur de 3,6 millions d'euros (7,03 millions de DM) octroyées à Spindelfabrik Hartha GmbH, entreprise spécialisée dans la fabrication de broches pour machines à récolter le coton et de pièces pour métiers à filer, par la BvS et le Land Sachsen.
