It is clear that the only way that forestry companies can hope to prosper in the future is through innovation and the development of new products and markets.

For example, the 2002 OECD report, entitled “Canada: Maintaining Leadership Through Innovation”, praised the Government of Canada's regulatory performance in providing businesses the freedom to prosper, which I know is a very legitimate concern of the member across the way.
