Definition: The essential feature is recurrent obsessional thoughts or compulsive acts. Definition: A disorder characterized by impairment of memory, learning difficulties, and reduced ability to concentrate on a task for more than brief periods. There is often a marked feeling of mental fatigue when mental tasks are attempted, and new learning is found to be subjectively difficult even when objectively successful. (3) In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between an order made under section 214 and an order made by any person designated for the purposes of the administration and enforcement of any other Act of Parliament, any requirement imposed on the carrying out of a project by that Act or a term or condition in any licence, permit or other authorization issued under that Act, the order made under section 214 does not prevail over the other order, the requirement or the term or condition for the sole reason that the provisions of this Act prevail over any inconsistent provisions of any other Act of Parliament.

5. Despite subsection 91(1) of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act, as enacted by section 1 of this Act, a person — other than a member in good standing of a bar of a province or of the Chambre des notaires du Québec — who, immediately before the coming into force of this section, was authorized under regulations made under the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act to, for a fee, represent, advise or consult with a person who was the subject of a proceeding or application before the Minister of Citizenship and Immigration, an officer designated under subsection 6(1) of that Act or the Immigration and Refugee Board, may represent or advise a person for consideration — or offer to do so — in connection with a proceeding — other than a proceeding before a superior court — or application under that Act until regulations made under subsection 91(5) of that Act, as enacted by section 1 of this Act, come into force.

(2) If before July 1, 2010, when an approval of the Minister for the application of section 178.3 of the Act to a direct seller is in effect, the direct seller has made a taxable supply by way of sale (other than a zero-rated supply) of an exclusive product of the direct seller to an independent sales contractor of the direct seller that is not a distributor in respect of which an approval granted under subsection 178.2(4) of the Act on application made jointly with the direct seller is in effect and the independent sales contractor holds, at the beginning of that day, the exclusive product for sale in a specified province, for the purpose of applying subsection 165(2) or 220.05(1) of the Act, the direct seller is deemed to have made, and the independent sales contractor is deemed to have received, on July 1, 2010 a supply by way of sale of the exclusive product in accordance with the rules provided in subsection 178.3(1) of the Act.

It's highly unusual to see an act that's made subordinate to everything, because there's no way of predicting in the future what other legislation may be made that perhaps Parliament doesn't really want the Aeronautics Act to be subordinate to, but an amendment like this would have the result of making the Aeronautics Act subordinate to anything until you had an opportunity to come back to the Aeronautics Act to amend the clause.
