The governments of both countries need to explain now all the reasons to those who are sceptical and who changed before our very eyes from being former allies supporting Bulgarian and Romanian integration to instigators of the waiting game.
Les gouvernements des deux pays devront maintenant se justifier devant ceux qui demeurent sceptiques et qui, d’anciens alliés soutenant l’intégration de la Bulgarie et de la Roumanie, se sont transformés sous nos yeux en instigateurs de ce petit jeu d’atermoiements.
