If two or more parties within the same undertaking indicate their willingness to engage in settlement discussions pursuant to the first subparagraph, they shall appoint a joint representation to engage in discussions with the Commission on their behalf. When setting the time limit referred to in the first subparagraph, the Commission shall indicate to the relevant parties that they are identified within the same undertaking, for the sole purpose of enabling them to comply with this provision.
Si deux parties au moins appartenant à la même entreprise font savoir qu’elles sont disposées à prendre part à des discussions en vue de parvenir à une transaction conformément au premier alinéa, elles doivent désigner une représentation commune habilitée à prendre part, en leur nom, à des discussions avec la Commission. Lorsqu’elle fixe le délai visé au premier alinéa, la Commission indique aux parties concernées qu’elles ont été identifiées comme appartenant à la même entreprise, à la seule fin de leur permettre de respecter cette disposition.
