It is perfectly imaginable that applying, for instance, the experience of the European Community Monitoring Mission (ECMM) in former Yugoslavia and incorporating it into the ECPC project, many specialised NGOs and well-trained civilians with detailed and extensive field experience, the initial core of the ECPC could be relatively easily established.
Il est parfaitement concevable que l'on puisse mettre en place avec une facilité relative le noyau initial du Corps civil européen de paix en appliquant par exemple au projet de CCEP l'expérience de la mission de surveillance de la Communauté européenne (ECMM) dans l'ancienne Yougoslavie avec le concours de nombreuses ONG spécialisées et de civils bien entraînés possédant une expérience vaste et approfondie du terrain.
