(3) The Commission is concerned about the high levels of VAT fraud evidenced by the work of the Anti-Fraud Sub-Committee (SCAF) of the Standing Committee on Administrative Cooperation in the field of Indirect Taxation (SCAC), and is not convinced that Member States are taking all steps necessary to combat this fraud.
(3) La Commission juge préoccupant les niveaux élevés de fraude à la TVA mis en évidence par les travaux du sous-comité antifraude (SCAF) du comité permanent sur la coopération administrative dans le domaine de la fiscalité indirecte (SCAC), et elle n'est pas convaincue que les États membres prennent toutes les mesures nécessaires pour combattre cette fraude.
