Definition: This block contains a wide variety of disorders that differ in severity and clinical form but that are all attributable to the use of one or more psychoactive substances, which may or may not have been medically prescribed. The third character of the code identifies the substance involved, and the fourth character specifies the clinical state. The codes should be used, as required, for each substance specified, but it should be noted that not all fourth character codes are applicable to all substances. Identification of the psychoactive substance should be based on as many sources of information as possible. These include self-report data, analysis of blood and other body fluids, characteristic physical and psychological symptoms, clinical signs and behaviour, and other evidence such as a drug being in the patient's possession or reports from informed third parties. Many drug users take more than one type of psychoactive substance. The main diagnosis should be classified, whenever possible, according to the substance or class of substances that has caused or contributed most to the presenting clinical syndrome. Eggleton (ministre de la Défense nationale), propose, Que, relativement au projet de loi projet de loi C-6, Loi visant à faciliter et à promouvoir le commerce électronique en protégeant les renseignements personnels recueillis, utilisés ou communiqués dans certaines circonstances, en prévoyant l'utilisation de moyens électroniques pour communiquer ou enregistrer de l'information et des transactions et en modifiant la Loi sur la preuve au Canada, la Loi sur les textes réglementaires et la Loi sur la révision des lois, au plus un jour de séance supplémentaire soit accordé aux délibérations à l'étape du rapport et un jour de séance soit accordé aux délibérations à l'étape de la troisième lecture; et Que, 15 minutes avant la fin de la période prévue pour les Ordres émanant du gouvernement au cours du jour de séance attribué pour l'étude à l'étape du rapport et au cours du jour de séance attribué pour l'étape de la troisième lecture de ce projet de loi, toute délibération devant la Chambre soit interrompue, s'il y a lieu, aux fins de cet ordre et, par la suite, toute question nécessaire pour disposer de l'étape à l'étude à ce moment soit mise aux voix immédiatement et successivement, sans plus ample débat ni amendement.
