IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

The first phase of the mandate led to the adoption of Commission Regulation (EC) No 1265/2007 of 26 October 2007 laying down requirements on air-ground voice channel spacing for the single European sky which aimed at the coordinated introduction of air-ground voice communications based on 8,33 kHz channel spacing in the airspace above Flight Level (FL) 195.
La première étape du mandat a abouti à l’adoption du règlement (CE) no 1265/2007 de la Commission du 26 octobre 2007 établissant des exigences relatives à l’espacement entre canaux de communication vocale air-sol pour le ciel unique européen , qui avait pour objet l’introduction coordonnée des communications vocales air-sol fondées sur un espacement entre canaux de 8,33 kHz dans l’espace aérien au-dessus du niveau de vol 195 (ci-après le «FL 195»).

(7a) In order to ensure air quality benefits to the Member States whose coasts are not part of SECAs, the introduction of any new emission control areas should be subject to the IMO process under Annex VI to MARPOL and be underpinned by a well-founded case based on environmental and economic grounds and supported by scientific data.
