Where an accident at work or occupational disease is established, sickness benefits in kind provided to the person concerned shall be considered as accident at work or occupational disease benefits from the date on which the accident at work occurred or the occupational disease was first medically diagnosed.
S’il est établi qu’il s’agit d’un accident du travail ou d’une maladie professionnelle, les prestations en nature dont l’intéressé a bénéficié au titre de l’assurance maladie sont considérées depuis la date de l’accident du travail ou de la première constatation médicale de la maladie professionnelle comme des prestations d’accident du travail ou de maladie professionnelle.

If that is not the case, benefits in kind paid to the beneficiary as sickness insurance shall be considered as occupational accident or disease benefits from the date on which the occupational accident or disease was first diagnosed.

2. A person who has sustained an accident at work or has contracted an occupational disease and who resides or stays in a Member State other than the competent Member State shall be entitled to the special benefits in kind of the scheme covering accidents at work and occupational diseases provided, on behalf of the competent institution, by the institution of the place of residence or stay in accordance with the legislation which it applies, as though he were insured under the said legislation.
2. La personne qui a été victime d'un accident du travail ou qui a contracté une maladie professionnelle, et qui réside ou séjourne dans un État membre autre que l'État membre compétent, bénéficie des prestations en nature particulières du régime des accidents du travail et des maladies professionnelles servies, pour le compte de l'institution compétente, par l'institution du lieu de résidence ou de séjour conformément à la législation qu'elle applique, comme si elle était assurée en vertu de cette législation.

2. If there is no insurance against accidents at work or occupational diseases in the competent Member State, the provisions of this Chapter concerning benefits in kind shall nevertheless be applied to a person who is entitled to those benefits in the event of sickness, maternity or equivalent paternity under the legislation of that Member State if that person sustains an accident at work or suffers from an occupational disease during a residence or stay in another Member State.
2. S'il n'existe pas dans l'État membre compétent d'assurance contre les accidents du travail ou les maladies professionnelles, les dispositions du présent chapitre sur les prestations en nature s'appliquent néanmoins à une personne qui a droit à ces prestations en cas de maladie, de maternité ou de paternité assimilées en vertu de la législation de cet État membre lorsqu'elle est victime d'un accident du travail ou souffre d'une maladie professionnelle alors qu'elle réside ou séjourne dans un autre État membre.

If there is no insurance against accidents at work or occupational diseases in the Member State in which the person concerned resides or stays, or if such insurance exists but there is no institution responsible for providing benefits in kind, those benefits shall be provided by the institution of the place of residence or stay responsible for providing benefits in kind in the event of sickness.

S'il n'existe pas d'assurance contre les accidents du travail ou les maladies professionnelles dans l'État membre où l'intéressé réside ou séjourne, ou si une telle assurance existe mais ne comporte pas d'institution responsable pour le service des prestations en nature, ces prestations sont servies par l'institution du lieu de résidence ou de séjour responsable pour le service des prestations en nature en cas de maladie.
