Mr. Speaker, pursuant to Standing Order 32(2), I have the honour to table, in both official languages, the treaties entitled “Agreement Between the Government of Canada and the Government of His Majesty The Sultan And Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam for the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters”, done in Bandar Seri Begawan, May 9, 2013; “Agreement Between the Government of Canada and the Government of the British Virgin Islands Under Entrustment from the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Island for the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters”, done in London, May 21, 2013; and “Agreement Between the Government of Canada and the Government of the Kingdom of Bahrain for the Exchange of Information on Tax Matters”, done at Ottawa, June 4, 2013.
Monsieur le Président, conformément au paragraphe 32(2) du Règlement, j'ai l'honneur de déposer, dans les deux langues officielles, les traités intitulés Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement de sa majesté le sultan et Yang Di-Pertuan de Brunéi Darussalam sur l’échange de renseignements en matière fiscale, fait à Bandar Seri Begawan le 9 mai 2013; Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement des îles Vierges britanniques agissant en vertu d’un mandat du gouvernement du Royaume-Uni de Grande-Bretagne et d’Irlande du Nord sur l’échange de renseignements en matière fiscale, fait à Londres le 21 mai 2013, et Accord entre le gouvernement du Canada et le gouvernement du Royaume de Bahreïn sur l'échange de renseignements en matière fiscale, fait à Ottawa le 4 juin 2013.

As responsibility for asylum seekers is an 'excepted matter' (i.e. non-devolved), the Northern Irish EQUAL Programme does not make provision for actions in respect of asylum seekers, but will associate itself with activities being carried out under the EQUAL Programme for Great Britain, whose budget will fund all such activities, wherever they take place within the United Kingdom.
