In 2009, Gardner Pinfold Consultants Inc. was commissioned by the Lobster Council of Canada to undertake a review of the structure and competitive environment of the lobster industry in Canada with the view to assessing its strengths and weaknesses and developing a long-term value strategy for the industry.
