(36) In order to ensure uniform conditions for the implementation of this Directive, implementing powers should be conferred on the Commission as regards the cooperation between single points of contact and the Commission within the cooperation network, without prejudice to existing cooperation mechanisms at national level, the common set of interconnection and security standards for the secure information-sharing infrastructure, the Union NIS cooperation plan and the formats and procedures applicable to notifying significant incidents.
