A table wine which has been the subject of a storage contract may not subsequently be recognised as a quality wine psr or used in making a quality wine psr, a quality sparkling wine psr, a quality liqueur wine psr or a quality semi-sparkling wine psr as defined in Article 54(1) of Regulation (EC) No 1493/1999.
Tafelwijn waarvoor een opslagcontract is gesloten, mag later niet worden erkend als v.q.p.r.d., noch worden gebruikt voor de bereiding van een v.q.p.r.d., een v.m.q.p.r.d., een v.l.q.p.r.d. of een v.p.q.p.r.d als gedefinieerd in artikel 54, lid 1, van Verordening (EG) nr. 1493/1999.

Quality wines psr cover liqueur wines (quality liqueur wines psr), sparkling wines (quality sparkling wines psr), semi-sparkling wines (quality semi-sparkling wines psr) and quality wines psr other than those mentioned.
