7. National Regulatory Authorities shall take into account the costs of fulfilling the N-1 standard and the costs of enabling the permanent physical capacity to transport gas in both directions in their approval of tariffs in line with Article 41(8) of Directive [./.EC].

7. National Regulatory Authorities shall duly take into account the costs of fulfilling the N-1 standard and the costs of enabling the permanent physical capacity to transport gas in both directions in their approval of tariffs, in a transparent and detailed manner, reflecting costs incurred in a clear and identifiable way and in line with Article 41(8) of Directive [./.EC].
7. Bij de goedkeuring van de tarieven overeenkomstig artikel 41, lid 8, van Richtlijn [./.EG] houden de nationale regelgevende autoriteiten naar behoren rekening met de kosten die moeten worden gemaakt om te voldoen aan de N-1-norm en de kosten om het in de praktijk mogelijk te maken gas in beide richtingen te vervoeren, en wel op een transparante en gedetailleerde wijze, waarbij de ontstane kosten op een duidelijke en identificeerbare manier worden weergegeven..

7. National Regulatory Authorities shall introduce appropriate incentives and take into account the efficiently incurred costs of fulfilling the N-1 standard and the costs of enabling the permanent physical capacity to transport gas in both directions in their approval of tariffs or their methodologies in a transparent and detailed manner, in line with Article 41(8) of Directive 2009/73/EC.
7. 5. For the purposes of this Regulation, "tariff obligations" means any obligation imposed upon transport undertakings to apply, in particular for certain categories of passenger, for certain categories of goods, or on certain routes, rates fixed or approved by any public authority which are contrary to the commercial interests of the undertaking and which result from the imposition of, or refusal to modify, special tariff provisions.
5 . Onder tariefplicht in de zin van deze verordening wordt verstaan de aan de vervoersondernemingen opgelegde verplichting om door de overheid vastgestelde of goedgekeurde prijzen toe te passen , welke in strijd zijn met het commerciële belang van de onderneming en die voortvloeien uit een verplichting tot toepassing , dan wel een verbod tot wijziging van bijzondere tariefmaatregelen , met name voor bepaalde categorieën reizigers , bepaalde categorieën produkten of voor bepaalde verbindingen .
