Definition: A type of pervasive developmental disorder that is defined by a period of entirely normal development before the onset of the disorder, followed by a definite loss of previously acquired skills in several areas of development over the course of a few months. With a view to the enabling provision of Article 225(3) of the EC Treaty allowing, by way of Statute provision, to entrust the Court of First Instance in specific areas with jurisdiction to hear and determine questions referred for a preliminary ruling under Article 234 of the EC Treaty, the present proposal does not foresee any such competence for Community patent law provisions.

These agreements also enable relations to be developed in a spirit of partnership with a view to strengthening the sustainable exploitation of fishery resources outside Community waters, taking account of environmental, social and economic issues linked to these processes.
