TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

The Latvian Agricultural Advisory Center and Latvian Agricultural Joint Consultative Council are involved in information and training campaign as well as helping in elaboration of the SAPARD projects.

4. Calls on the Government of Bangladesh to urgently bring forward implementing rules and regulations for the Bangladesh Labour Act, in full consultation with the Tripartite Consultative Council (TCC), paying particular attention to implementing ILO Conventions 87 and 98 on freedom of association and collective bargaining and ensuring that these also apply without exception in Export Processing Zones (EPZs);

In keeping with the commitments in the Compact, urges the Government and the Parliament of Bangladesh to adopt, as a matter of absolute priority, the necessary rules and regulations to ensure the effective implementation of the Law, in full consultation with the Tripartite Consultative Council and with particular attention given to the implementation of ILO conventions 87 and 98 on freedom of association and collective bargaining;

Recalls, that local authorities deliberately registered fake political parties under the name of other established political parties or refused to register duly legitimised representatives of opposition parties, and that the largest opposition party, which had won absolute majorities in the Kiev, the Lviv and other constituencies in the presidential election at the beginning of this year, was not allowed to stand for local elections in Lviv and other regions and municipalities, and that the Kiev municipal district councils were abolished so that no vote took place in the capital city;
