The central management and local management and the competent European workers’ and employers’ organisations shall be informed of the composition of the special negotiating body and of the start of the negotiations.
Het hoofdbestuur, de plaatselijke besturen en de bevoegde Europese werknemers- en werkgeversorganisaties worden in kennis gesteld van de samenstelling van de bijzondere onderhandelingsgroep en van het begin van de onderhandelingen.

When submitting the lists of candidates, the Commission, the Member States, employers' organisations and employees' organisations, shall endeavour to ensure that the composition of the Governing Board fairly reflects the various economic sectors concerned and to ensure a balanced representation of men and women in the composition of the bodies referred to in Article 7 A. The lists shall be submitted within three months of any change in or renewal of the membership of the Advisory Committee for Safety and Health at Work in accordance with the provisions of Articles 3(3) and (4) and 4(1) of Council Decision 2003/C 218/01.
Bij indiening van de lijsten met kandidaten trachten de Commissie, de lidstaten, de werkgeversorganisaties en de werknemersorganisaties een billijke vertegenwoordiging van de verschillende economische sectoren en een evenwichtige vertegenwoordiging van mannen en vrouwen in de Raad van Bestuur te bereiken bij de samenstelling van de organen waarnaar wordt verwezen in artikel 7 bis. Deze lijst wordt ingediend binnen een termijn van drie maanden nadat het lidmaatschap van het Raadgevend Comité voor de veiligheid, de hygiëne en de gezondheidsbescherming op de arbeidsplaats is gewijzigd of vernieuwd overeenkomstig de artikelen 3, leden 3 en 4 en 4, lid 1 van Besluit 2003/C 218/01 van de Raad.

The members referred to in points (a), (b) and (c) of the first subparagraph shall be appointed by the Council on the basis of lists of candidates submitted by the Member States, employers’ organisations and employees’ organisations.
De onder a), b) en c) bedoelde leden worden door de Raad benoemd op grond van door de lidstaten, de werkgevers en de werknemers ingediende lijsten met kandidaten.
