– (DE) Mr President, I would like to thank the rapporteur again for an excellent report, while also pointing out that I believe that an error has crept in to the vote, since we should have voted on Amendment 24, moved by Mrs Lichtenberger from the Group of the Greens/Free Democratic Alliance, which would have included the automatic 60% mark-up on the infrastructure charges. Apart from that, I am well satisfied with the report.

– (LT) The proposal tabled by the European Commission on the rights of persons with reduced mobility when travelling by air was timely, and I, as a shadow speaker for the Liberal and Democratic Alliance for the Europe Group of the European Parliament, agree in principal that the rights of persons with reduced mobility when travelling by air should be regulated on the European Union level.
- (LT) Het voorstel van de Europese Commissie inzake de rechten van luchtreizigers met beperkte mobiliteit komt op het juiste tijdstip. Als schaduwspreker van de Alliantie van Liberalen en Democraten voor Europa fractie in dit Parlement kan ik zeggen dat ook wij in beginsel van mening zijn dat de rechten van luchtreizigers met beperkte mobiliteit op communautair niveau gereguleerd moeten worden.
