Where the grant recipients implementing the projects report directly to the responsible authority, the detailed statements of expenditure referred to in paragraph 4 shall constitute the accompanying files of the accounting records kept by the responsible authority, which shall draw up the list of co-financed projects referred to in paragraph 5.

For the purpose of notifying expenditure actually incurred to an intermediary body between the recipient(s) of grants that implement the projects and the responsible authority designated under Article 7 of Decision 2000/596/EC, the information required under paragraph 1 shall be combined in a detailed statement of expenditure setting out, for each project, all the expenditure items with a view to calculating the total certified amount.
4. De werkelijk verrichte uitgaven worden ter kennis gebracht van een bemiddelende instantie tussen de begunstigde(n) van de subsidies die de projecten uitvoert/uitvoeren en de in artikel 7 van Beschikking 2000/596/EG bedoelde verantwoordelijke autoriteit.
