3. The decision referred to in paragraph 2 shall determine, in compliance with the Statute of ESCB and of the ECB, the conditions under which representatives of the competent authorities of the participating Member States whose currency is not the euro are to take part, fully and on equal terms with the representatives of the Member States whose currency is the euro, in the activities of the Supervisory Board.
3. In het in lid 2 bedoelde besluit worden, met inachtneming van het statuut van het ESCB en de ECB, de voorwaarden vastgesteld waaronder vertegenwoordigers van de bevoegde autoriteiten van de deelnemende lidstaten die niet de euro als munt hebben, ten volle en op gelijke voet met de vertegenwoordigers van de lidstaten die de euro als munt hebben, deelnemen aan de activiteiten van de Raad van toezicht.

5. The representatives of the competent authority of the Member States which established a close cooperation in accordance with Article 6 shall take part to the activities of the supervisory board in accordance with the conditions set out in the decision adopted in accordance with paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 6, in compliance with the Statute of ESCB and of the ECB.

The representatives of the competent authority of the participating States shall take part in the activities of the supervisory board on an equal basis in accordance with the conditions set out in the decision adopted in accordance with paragraphs 2 and 3 of Article 6, in compliance with the Statute of ESCB and of the ECB.

1. In order to carry out the tasks entrusted to the ESCB, the European Central Bank shall, in accordance with the provisions of the Treaties and under the conditions laid down in the Statute of the ESCB and of the ECB:
