The applicant claims that the Commission infringed the principle of good administration by adopting the contested decision, since (1) it did not assess carefully or take into account all the information provided by the applicant, (2) it did not check whether all the assumptions used in making its decision were correct, (3) it automatically treated all investments which were carried out for bringing amortised vessels into a better condition as routine maintenance, and (4) it wrongly assessed that those investments did not contribute to attaining the objectives laid down in Article 25(2).

This joint action should capitalise on the research and innovation projects listed below, foster their implementation in clinical practice, and make use of their results and outcomes: ‘Clinical decision making and outcome in routine care for people with severe mental illness’ (CEDAR) (34), ‘Children of Prisoners, Interventions Mitigations to Strengthen Mental Health’ (COPING) (35), ‘European Network of Bipolar Research Expert Centres’ (ENBREC), ‘Prevalence, 1-year incidence and symptom severity of mental disorders in the elderly: Relationship to impairment, functioning (ICF) and service utilisation’ (MentDis_ICF65+) (36), ‘Financing systems’ effects on the Quality of Mental health care in Europe’ (REFINEMENT), ‘A Roadmap for Mental Health Research in Europe’ (ROAMER), ‘Save Young Lives in Europe: Promote health through prevention of risk-taking and self-destructive behaviours’ (SEYLE) (37), ‘Tailored implementation for chronic diseases’ (TICD) and ‘Work Together to Stop Truancy Among Youth’ (WE-STAY).

The sustainability of tourism covers a number of aspects: the responsible use of natural resources, taking account of the environmental impact of activities (production of waste, pressure on water, land and biodiversity, etc.), the use of 'clean' energy, protection of the heritage and preservation of the natural and cultural integrity of destinations, the quality and sustainability of jobs created, local economic fallout or customer care.
