Bij krachtens deze beschikking ondernomen activiteiten wordt terdege rekening gehouden met het werk van internationale organisaties met betrekking tot radiospectrumbeheer, zoals de Internationale Unie voor Telecommunicatie (ITU) en de Europese Conferentie van de Administraties van Posterijen en Telecommunicatie (CEPT).
