Dans cet essai, 255 patientes ont été randomisées pour recevoir du docétaxel (75 mg/m² en perfusion intraveineuse d’une heure toutes les trois semaines) et de la capécitabine (1250 mg/m² deux fois par jour pendant deux semaines, avec ensuite une période sans traitement d’une semaine).
