IN-CONTEXT TRANSLATIONS

1. Conformément à la présentation que j'ai faite en commission des Affaires étrangères le 1er mars 2016 et lors de la séance de la commission spéciale Climat et Développement durable du 31 mai 2016, j'entends concrétiser l'implémentation des sustainable development goals (SDG) en Belgique en travaillant sur cinq axes: a) actualiser et ajuster les SDG d'après les instruments existants de la stratégie fédérale pour le développement durable; b) concrétiser les SDG dans le fonctionnement et la politique des services publics fédéraux; c) encourager une approche cohérente des SDG entre les pouvoirs fédéraux et régionaux; d) faire connaître les SDG au sein de la société civile; e) tisser des partenariats SDG entre les pouvoirs publics et les acteurs sociaux.

Overeenkomstig de toelichting die ik gegeven heb in de commissie Buitenlandse Betrekkingen op 1 maart 2016 en op de hoorzitting van bijzondere commissie Klimaat en Duurzame Ontwikkeling van 31 mei 2016 wil ik de implementatie van de sustainable development goals (SDGs) in België vorm geven via vijf pistes: a) actualisering en inpassing van de SDGs in de bestaande instrumenten van de federale strategie duurzame ontwikkeling; b) de concretisering van de SDGs via de werking en het beleid van de federale overheidsdiensten; c) het bevorderen van een coherente benadering van de SDGs tussen de federale en regionale overheden; d) het kenbaar maken van de SDGs aan het maatschappelijke middenveld; e) het opzetten van SDG-partnerschappen tussen de overheid en maatschappelijke actoren.

La délégation belge a participé aux évènements suivants: - "ODA and fragile environments: the shift of development finance and assistance in the Post 2015 agenda"; - "Global Partnerships for a Transformative Agenda for the LDCs"; - "Advancing financial inclusion in Africa through digital financial services"; - "Financing development through decent work"; - "Role of science, technology and innovation for achieving sustainable development and supporting the implementation of the Post 2015 development agenda"; - Concertation des pays francophones: quels financements pour construire un développement durable?; - "Resource mobilization in countries affected by conflict and fragility - its impact on peace and stability"; - "Dealing with vulture funds in sovereign debt workouts"; - "The role of data standards in mobilizing and monitoring financing for development commitments"; - "International support to Domestic Resource Mobilization - Addis Tax Initiative"; - "Harnessing the data revolution for sustainable development".
2. De Belgische delegatie heeft deelgenomen aan de volgende nevenactiviteiten: - "ODA and fragile environments: the shift of development finance and assistance in the Post 2015 agenda"; - "Global Partnerships for a Transformative Agenda for the LDCs"; - "Advancing financial inclusion in Africa through digital financial services"; - "Financing development through decent work"; - "Role of science, technology and innovation for achieving sustainable development and supporting the implementation of the Post 2015 development agenda"; - Overleg met de francofonie: welke financiering voor duurzame ontwikkeling?; - "Resource mobilization in countries affected by conflict and fragility - its impact on peace and stability"; - "Dealing with vulture funds in sovereign debt workouts"; - "The role of data standards in mobilizing and monitoring financing for development commitments"; - "International support to Domestic Resource Mobilization - Addis Tax Initiative"; - "Harnessing the data revolution for sustainable development".

Cette action devrait tirer profit des projets de recherche et d’innovation ci-après, encourager leur application dans la pratique clinique et exploiter leurs résultats et réalisations: «EuropeaN Energy balance Research to prevent excessive weight Gain among Youth» (ENERGY) (41), «Sustainable prevention of obesity through integrated strategies» (SPOTLIGHT), «Temptations to Eat Moderated by Personal and Environmental Self-regulation Tools» (TEMPEST) (42), et «Tailored implementation for chronic diseases» (TICD).
Deze actie moet voortbouwen op de onderstaande onderzoeks- en innovatieprojecten, de uitvoering daarvan in de klinische praktijk bevorderen en gebruikmaken van hun resultaten en uitkomsten: ENERGY („EuropeaN Energy balance Research to prevent excessive weight Gain among Youth”) (41), SPOTLIGHT („Sustainable prevention of obesity through integrated strategies”), TEMPEST („Temptations to Eat Moderated by Personal and Environmental Self-regulation Tools”) (42) en TICD („Tailored implementation for chronic diseases”).
