Parmi les centres de recherche participent notamment Fraunhofer, Nederlandse Organisatie voor Toegepast Natuurwetenschappelijk Onderzoek (TNO), le Centre pour la recherche et l'expérimentation maritimes (CMRE OTAN) et l'Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI).
De betrokken onderzoekscentra zijn Fraunhofer, de Nederlandse Organisatie voor Toegepast Natuurwetenschappelijk Onderzoek (TNO), het Centre for Maritime Research and Experimentation (CMRE NATO) en het Italiaanse Istituto Affari Internazionali (IAI).
