The decision of the Commission to subject a Member State to enhanced surveillance under this Regulation should be taken in close cooperation with the EFC, the European Supervisory Authority (European Banking Authority) established by Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council , the European Supervisory Authority (European Insurance and Pensions Authority) established by Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council , the European Supervisory Authority (European Securities and Markets Authority) established by Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council (collectively referred to as the ‘ESAs’) and the European Systemic Risk Board (ESRB) established by Regulation (EU) No 1092/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 on European Union macro-prudential oversight of the financial system and establishing a European Systemic Risk Board .

EBA shall forward to the European Systemic Risk Board established by Regulation (EU) No 1092/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 on European Union macro-prudential oversight of the financial system and establishing a European Systemic Risk Board (ESRB), on its own initiative or at the ESRB's request, the information concerning DGSs which is needed for systemic risk analysis.

2. Met het oog op EU-wijde stresstests kunnen de ESA, via het Gemengd Comité en in samenwerking met de Europees Comité voor systeemrisico’s, opgericht bij Verordening (EU) nr. 1092/2010 van het Europees Parlement en de Raad van 24 november 2010 betreffende macroprudentieel toezicht van de Europese Unie op het financiële stelsel en tot oprichting van een Europees Comité voor systeemrisico’s , aanvullende parameters ontwikkelen die de specifieke risico’s kunnen identificeren, die aan financiële conglomeraten zijn verbonden, in overeenstemming met de Verordening (EU) nr. 1093/2010, Verordening (EU) nr. 1094/2010 en Verordening (EU) nr. 1095/2010.
2. For the purpose of Union-wide stress tests the ESA may, through the Joint Committee and in cooperation with the European Systemic Risk Board, established by Regulation (EU) No 1092/2010 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 24 November 2010 on the European Union macro-prudential oversight of the financial system and establishing a European Systemic Risk Board , develop supplementary parameters that capture the specific risks associated with financial conglomerates, in accordance with Regulation (EU) No 1093/2010, Regulation (EU) No 1094/2010 and Regulation (EU) No 1095/2010.
