TRADUCTIONS EN CONTEXTE

Na bestudering van het verzoek van het Verenigd Koninkrijk voor de regio Noord-Ierland en het actieprogramma, en rekening houdend met de ervaring die met de toepassing van de bij de Beschikking 2007/863/EG, als gewijzigd bij Besluit 2011/128/EU, vastgestelde afwijking is opgedaan, is de Commissie van mening dat de door Noord-Ierland voorgestelde hoeveelheid dierlijke mest, die overeenkomt met 250 kg stikstof per hectare per jaar, de verwezenlijking van de doelstellingen van Richtlijn 91/676/EEG niet in de weg staat, op voorwaarde dat bepaalde strikte voorwaarden in acht worden genomen.
The Commission, after examination of the request from the United Kingdom for the region of Northern Ireland, having considered the Action Programme and in the light of the experience gained from the derogation provided for in Decision 2007/863/EC as amended by Decision 2011/128/EU considers that the amount of livestock manure proposed by Northern Ireland, corresponding to 250 kg nitrogen per hectare per year, will not prejudice the achievement of the objectives of Directive 91/676/EEC, subject to certain strict conditions being met.
