Berücksichtigt wurde außerdem der Bericht „Key messages on material resource use and efficiency in Europe: Insights from environmental extended input-output analysis and material flow accounts“ (Die Hauptschlussfolgerungen zu Einsatz und Effizienz von Materialressourcen in Europa: Ergebnisse der erweiterten Input-/Output-Umweltanalyse und der Materialrechnungen) des ETC/SCP — Europäisches Themenzentrum für nachhaltigen Verbrauch und nachhaltige Produktion der Europäischen Umweltagentur (5).
