− The Commission proposes to mobilise the European Union Solidarity Fund in favour of Portugal and France under point 26 of the Interinstitutional Agreement of 17 May 2006 on budgetary discipline and sound financial management (IIA).

On this aspect, and regarding the mobilisation of the EU Solidarity Fund, the Commission proposes to mobilise the European Union Solidarity Fund in favour of Portugal and France on the basis of point 26 of the Interinstitutional Agreement of 17 May 2006 on budgetary discipline and sound financial management (IIA).
Unter diesem Aspekt und im Hinblick auf die Inanspruchnahme des EU-Solidaritätsfonds, schlägt die Kommission vor, den EU-Solidaritätsfonds für Portugal und Frankreich auf Grundlage von Punkt 26 der Interinstitutionellen Vereinbarung vom 17. Mai 2006 über Haushaltsdisziplin und wirtschaftliche Haushaltsführung (IIV) in Anspruch zu nehmen.

The amendment adapts the Rules of Procedure to the Interinstitutional Agreement between the European Parliament and the Commission on procedures for implementing Council Decision 1999/468 EC laying down the procedures for the exercise of implementing powers conferred on the Commission, namely its paragraph 16. , where for the Regulatory procedure with scrutiny it is foreseen that the time-limit for scrutiny by the two branches of the legislature exceptionally starts to run when Parliament receives the final draft implementing measures in the language versions submitted to the members of the comitology- committee and not in all official languages.
