In aansluiting bij deze verklaring en op voorstel van de Groep SADC van het Europees Parlement heeft de begrotingsautoriteit van de Europese Gemeenschap in het kader van de begroting 1988 een speciale begrotingslijn gecreëerd ter ondersteuning van de bevolking van de landen van de "Southern Africa Development Community" (SADC), die het slachtoffer is van interne conflicten en de destabilisatie in de regio.
Im Anschluß an diese Erklärung und auf Vorschlag der interfraktionellen Arbeitsgruppe "SADC" des Europäischen Parlaments beschloß die Haushaltsbehörde der Europäischen Gemeinschaft im Rahmen des Haushaltsplans von 1988 eine besondere Haushaltslinie, um die Bevölkerungen der von Auseinandersetzungen und Destabilisierungsmaßnahmen in der Region betroffenen Länder der "Southern Africa Development Community" (SADC) zu unterstützen.
