10. Welcomes the ruling by the Court of First Instance in Luxembourg of 12 December 2006 which makes Council decisions relating to the list of terrorist organisations drawn up by the European Union more transparent and enables the rights of defence of incriminated organisations to be asserted; calls for the aforementioned list to be revised and updated in accordance with a precise timetable;
10. se réjouit que l'arrêt du Tribunal de Première Instance de Luxembourg du 12 décembre 2006 rende les décisions du Conseil portant sur la liste des organisations terroristes de l'Union Européenne plus transparentes et permette de faire valoir les droits à la défense des organisations incriminées, et demande que la liste citée ci-dessus soit révisée et mise à jour selon un calendrier précis;

The amendment adapts the Rules of Procedure to the Interinstitutional Agreement between the European Parliament and the Commission on procedures for implementing Council Decision 1999/468 EC laying down the procedures for the exercise of implementing powers conferred on the Commission, namely its paragraph 16. , where for the Regulatory procedure with scrutiny it is foreseen that the time-limit for scrutiny by the two branches of the legislature exceptionally starts to run when Parliament receives the final draft implementing measures in the language versions submitted to the members of the comitology- committee and not in all official languages.

Taking account of the fact that a horizontal decision has been also taken regarding correlation tables, together with other shadow rapporteurs I propose to support the text agreed at the first reading with the Council.
Tenant compte du fait qu’une décision horizontale a aussi été prise en ce qui concerne les tableaux de correspondance, avec les autres rapporteurs fictifs, je propose d’apporter notre soutien au texte convenu en première lecture avec le Conseil.
