Bij koninklijk besluit van 26mei 2012 wordt het beroep ingediend door het O.-L.-V. -ziekenhuis te Aalst en AZ Sint-Blasius te Dendermonde op 12 augustus 2011 tegen de weigering tot uitbreiding van de oprichtings- en exploitaitievergunning met het toestel INTRABEAMC ontvankelijk, doch ongegrond geacht.
Le recours introduit le 12 août 2011 par l'hôpital " O.-L.-V. -d'Alost" et l'hôpital " AZ Sint-Blasius" de Termonde contre le refus d'extension de l'autorisation de création et d'exploitation à l'appareil INTRABEAMC est jugé recevable, mais non fondé par arrêté royal du 26 mai 2012.
