Hon. Catherine Callbeck: Honourable senators, I am pleased and honoured today to welcome three new senators to this house: Ross Fitzpatrick from British Columbia, Joan Cook from Newfoundland, and of course Archie Johnstone from my native province of Prince Edward Island.
