Wadibia-Anyanwu, the Under-Secretary for Regions in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Ambassador O.A. Ashiru and the Director of Integration and Co-operation, Mr. T.K. Jinadu and the Director of External Trade, Ministry of Commerce, Mr Y. F. Agah.
