The Court therefore stresses that, by virtue of the Treaty of Nice, the Court of First Instance is the court of general jurisdiction at first instance not only for actions brought by individuals and undertakings, but for all the direct actions referred to in Article 225(1) of the EC Treaty.
A cet effet, la Cour souligne qu'en vertu du traité de Nice, le TPI est le juge de droit commun en première instance, non plus des seuls recours des particuliers et des entreprises, mais de tous les recours directs visés à l'article 225, paragraphe 1, CE.
