In the event participating Member States so request, the Agency shall convene an ad hoc meeting with participating Member States and the organisation, entity or third country, with which the Agency has entered into administrative arrangements, for the purposes of consultations and information exchange, in accordance with the relevant security rules, on the possible participation of that organisation, entity or third country in specific projects and programmes.

Supports the dual-track approach to Iran’s nuclear programme; urges Iran once again to comply fully and without further delay with its obligations under the relevant resolutions of the United Nations Security Council and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), in order inter alia to meet the requirements set out by the IAEA Board of Governors resolution of 27 November 2009; urges the Council to support action by the United Nations Security Council if Iran continues not cooperating with the international community over its nuclear programme; calls on the Council to be ready to take the necessary ‘smart’, targeted and non‑proliferation-focused measures to accompany this UNSC process;

The meeting served to examine and adopt a number of joint implementation measures to render the agreements operational, such as the exchange of contact addresses for trade control and enforcement purposes, choice of communication tools for inter-agency messages, areas of co-operation in technical and scientific matters.
