The Member States shall communicate all legal instruments referred to in point (a) of the first subparagraph of this paragraph to the Commission, which may consult the Advisory Committee on Public Procurement referred to in Article 50.

5. déplore le manque de transparence quant à la composition et aux résultats des travaux du groupe consultatif interne de la Commission compétent en matière de passation de marchés publics (CCMP) et quant au rôle et aux attributions du comité consultatif pour l'ouverture des marchés publics (CCO) et invite la Commission à veiller à ce que ce comité ainsi que le nouveau comité consultatif prévu pour les partenariats public–privé aient une composition équilibrée impliquant les syndicats et des représentants des entreprises, notamment des PME, et soient plus transparents; exige que le Parlement européen soit dûment informé et reçoive toutes les informations disponibles à chaque étape et à la fin du processus;
