(b)Internal security as was underlined in the European Agenda on Security, common high standards of border management are essential to prevent cross-border crime and terrorism; this proposal further contributes to achieving a high level of internal security by enabling the Agency to cover aspects of cross-border crime and terrorism in its risk analysis, by enabling it to process personal data of persons suspected to be involved in acts of terrorism and by providing that the Agency cooperates with other Union Agencies and international organisations on the prevention of terrorism.
(b)la sécurité intérieure comme souligné dans le programme européen en matière de sécurité, des normes communes élevées en matière de gestion des frontières sont essentielles pour prévenir la criminalité transfrontière et le terrorisme; la présente proposition contribue en outre à l'obtention d'un niveau élevé de sécurité intérieure en permettant à l'Agence de couvrir certains aspects de la criminalité transfrontière et du terrorisme dans son analyse des risques, en lui permettant de traiter les données à caractère personnel de personnes soupçonnées d'être impliquées dans des actes de terrorisme et en faisant en sorte que l'Agence coopère avec d'autres agences, organes et organismes de l'Union et des organisations internationales pour la prévention du terrorisme.

(b)Internal security provided that in the European Agenda on Security, the Commission considers that common high standards of border management are considered to be essential to prevent cross-border crime and terrorism.this proposal further contributes to achieving a high level of internal security by enabling the Agency to cover aspects of cross-border crime and terrorism in its risk analysis, by enabling it to process personal data of persons suspected to be involved in acts of terrorism and by providing that the Agency cooperates with other Union Agencies and international organisations on the prevention of terrorism.

13. Acknowledges that during 2013 the Agency's Internal Audit Capability (IAC) performed an audit on the its Business Continuity Facility at Porto; points out that the IAC found the physical and environmental controls in place as providing reasonable assurance regarding the protection of the Agency’s equipment and data; notes furthermore that following that audit, the IAC made a certain number of recommendations which the Agency took into consideration, and that the Agency submitted an action plan aimed at mitigating the identified weaknesses;
13. reconnaît qu'en 2013, la structure d'audit interne de l'Agence a mené un audit sur son centre de continuité des opérations établi à Porto; souligne que la structure d'audit interne a estimé que les contrôles physiques et environnementaux en place fournissaient une assurance raisonnable en ce qui concerne la protection des équipements et des données de l'Agence; note en outre qu'à la suite de cet audit, la structure d'audit interne a formulé un certain nombre de recommandations prises en compte par l'Agence, qui a présenté un plan d'action destiné à atténuer les faiblesses recensées;

Calls for closer coordination between the Council, the Commission and the EEAS so as to enable the EU to speak with a coordinated voice vis-à-vis international organisations such as the IEA, the International Renewable Energy Agency, the International Partnership for Energy Efficiency Cooperation and the International Atomic Energy Agency, and thus play a more active and influential role, particularly in pushing for policies fostering sustainable energy, energy efficiency and energy safety;

5. The cooperation between the Agency and the Union bodies, offices and agencies, and international organisations, referred to in paragraphs 2 and 3, shall be regulated as part of working arrangements in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 2007/2004 and the respective legal basis of the Union body, office or agency, or international organisation, concerned.

La coopération entre l'Agence et les organes et organismes de l'Union et les organisations internationales visés aux paragraphes 2 et 3, est réglementée dans des accords de travail conformément au règlement (CE) no 2007/2004 et à la base juridique respective des organes et organismes de l'Union ou de l'organisation internationale concernés.

4. The cooperation between the Agency and the Union bodies, offices and agencies and international organisations referred to in paragraphs 2 and 2a shall be regulated in working arrangements in accordance with Regulation (EC) No 2007/2004 and the respective legal basis of the Union body, office and agency, or international organisation concerned.

The Agency shall also cooperate actively with other bodies such as the European Space Agency, the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD), the Council of Europe and the International Energy Agency as well as the United Nations and its specialised agencies, particularly the United Nations Environment Programme, the World Meteorological Organisation and the International Atomic Energy Authority.
