‘operator’s or aircraft operator’s report’ means the annual emission report to be submitted by the operator or aircraft operator pursuant to Article 14(3) of Directive 2003/87/EC or the tonne-kilometre report to be submitted by the aircraft operator for the purposes of applying for the allocation of allowances pursuant to Articles 3e and 3f of that Directive.

The report of the visit indicates that the fleet of Ukraine Cargo Airways (UCA) has been considerably reduced in one year, declining from 20 aircraft at the beginning of 2008 (ten IL-76, three AN-12, three AN-26, three MIL-8 helicopters and one Tupolev Tu-134), to four aircraft at the time of the visit (two IL-76, one AN-12 and one AN-26).

4. The ramp inspection shall be performed in accordance with the procedure described in Annex II and using a ramp inspection report form containing at least the items described in the form set out in Annex II. On completion of the ramp inspection, the commander of the aircraft or a representative of the aircraft operator shall be informed of the ramp inspection findings and, if significant defects have been found, the report shall be sent to the operator of the aircraft and to the competent authorities concerned.
4.
